Frequently asked

Answers to what most Philadelphia drivers want to know.

If you don’t see your question below, call us at (215) 580-2386 and we’ll walk you through it.

Do I need multiple estimates before I file an insurance claim?

No. Pennsylvania law lets you choose any licensed shop, and a single written estimate from Pheasant Ridge is enough to open a claim with any major carrier. We’ll handle the supplements from there.

How long will my repair take?

A typical bumper refinish is two to three business days. A moderate collision runs seven to ten. Structural or frame work depends on parts availability — we’ll give you a written timeline before any work starts and update you at every milestone.

Do you offer a loaner car?

Yes. We keep a fleet of twelve courtesy vehicles — late-model sedans and small SUVs — available at no cost to customers with an active repair on the floor. First come, first served.

Is your work guaranteed?

Every body and refinish repair carries a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. Mechanical components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

Do you work on hybrids and EVs?

Absolutely. We have certified technicians trained on high-voltage isolation for Tesla, Chevy Bolt, Ford Lightning, Nissan Leaf and most hybrid platforms.

Do you accept my insurance?

Very likely. We are a direct-repair vendor for GEICO, State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, USAA, Erie and Travelers — and we’ve worked with just about every other regional carrier over the years.

Can you match my custom paint?

Yes. Our paint department uses a handheld spectrophotometer that reads your existing panel and formulates the exact match — including pearl, tri-coat and metallic finishes.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

No appointment needed on weekdays 8 AM–5 PM or Saturday 9 AM–1 PM. You can also text photos of the damage to (215) 580-2386 for a same-day quote.
