Effective date: January 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using this website or authorizing repair work at our shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or authorize the work.
2. Estimates
Written estimates are valid for thirty (30) days. Final invoices may vary based on hidden damage discovered during teardown or parts price changes; we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any supplement.
3. Payment
Payment is due at pickup unless your insurance carrier is paying us directly. We accept cash, all major credit cards, ACH and certified checks. A daily storage fee may apply to vehicles left more than five business days after completion.
4. Warranty
All body and refinish labor performed by Pheasant Ridge Collision Co. is warranted for as long as you own the vehicle. Aftermarket and used parts carry only the warranty of the manufacturer or supplier.
5. Limitation of liability
Except for personal injury caused by our gross negligence, our liability for any claim relating to a repair or to this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the underlying service.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Philadelphia County.
